REQUIREMENTS FOR PIPING LAYOUT IN DENTAL CLINICS

1. Water supply pipe: white PPR hot-melt pipe, reserved 4 points of copper inner thread interface (recommended to leave 4 points inner and outer thread through valve);

2. Air supply pipe: white PPR hot-melt pipe, reserved 4 points of copper female connection
   Mouth (it is recommended to leave 4 points for the inner and outer teeth straight-way valve);

3. Sewage pipe: white PVC drainage pipe, 75mm in the injection pipe, p50mm in the branch pipe

4. Multimedia line tube: 40mm in the Baizheng PVC threading tube, leave one lead; for the root, you need to reserve the wire:
   ① USB: When the dental chair is used as an endoscope, the endoscope -> floor box -> side cabinet-computer USB interface
   Telephone line hospital call system (four-core telephone line), instrument tray—ground box->side cabinet->call system
   ② Network cable: one for dental chair remote diagnosis, one for upgrading microscope, one for CAD beside the chair
   ① VGA/HDMI cable: short-distance image and video signal cable transmission
   ⑤ SDI HD cable: dedicated video transmission (long-distance signal is not damaged)

5. Power cord: white PVC threaded pipe, 4 points (middle 20mm) pipe sleeve 3*1.5mm² wire, the fire, zero, and ground wires are connected from the air switch box, and one socket with a switch is reserved;

6. Negative pressure signal line: white PVC threaded pipe, 4 points (middle 20mm) pipe sleeve 2*1mm² line;

7. Negative pressure pipe: 50mm in the main blue PR water supply pipe, D32mm in the branch pipe, 25mm in the diameter of the dental chair.

Note: Right-angle joints cannot be used at the connection of the drain pipe and the negative pressure pump, and a 45-degree elbow should be used. Both the water supply of the purifier and the air inlet of the air compressor need to reserve switches.
